Chadds Ford, PA – September 22, 2015 – Legal support services consulting firm Mattern & Associates, LLC (matternassoc.com) announces that Mattern’s leadership has strategically expanded its operational team with the recent hiring of Jeffrey Myers as Project Analyst, and attorney Benjamin Schmidt as one of the firm’s expert consultants.
Myers, who joins the Mattern Team with over 15 years of industry expertise in project management, will be leading Mattern & Associates’ Contract Maintenance & Monitoring offering. Mattern & Associates’ Contract Maintenance & Monitoring provides firms implementation oversight, on-going monitoring of contractual obligations and acting as liaison between firm and vendor to address situations that arise. Myers’ expertise in project efficiency, accuracy and implementation of best practices in professional communications will be a strategic and cost-saving asset to firms engaged with Mattern in this area.

Mattern’s additional recent hire, Benjamin Schmidt, brings expertise from both sides of the table to his new consultative role at Mattern & Associates. Schmidt received his JD from Villanova nearly a decade prior and has expertise both as a practicing law firm attorney, in-house counsel as well as on the vendor side from his experience at Canon Business Services. Schmidt will be assisting clients in the analysis and negotiating stages, leveraging his comprehensive and holistic understanding of the legal marketplace to gain the most strategic understanding of their needs and the most advantageous deals.
