Q: Why did you choose to join Mattern and what excites you about this team?
A: I chose to join Mattern because of its reputation in the market.  Having worked for service providers on the opposite side of Mattern, it was an honor to join such a committed, knowledgeable, and efficient team.

Q: What do clients like best about working with you?
A: Attention to detail, responsiveness, and genuine interest in achieving the best results on their behalf.

Q: What is unique and valuable about your expertise?
A: I have experience working for three of the largest outsourcing providers, which provides insights into what is needed for firms and service providers to create a successful partnership as well as problems firms are struggling with pre- and post-COVID.  I also have expertise in word processing and centralized administrative resource support to improve efficiencies, offer best practice recommendations, and evaluate an in-house, outsourced or de-centralized department.

Q: What are you working on now?
A: I’m currently working on an evaluation of administrative services—including secretarial support, word processing support, and other internal support services—for an Am Law 100 firm.  In this project, our client is seeking an unbiased evaluation of their current state, provide benchmarking against industry standards, and best practice recommendations.

Q: Desert island book/music/fun fact
A: Don Quixote.  At over 1,000 pages, I’d get a lot of value out of one book, but also the message of pursuing your ideals and goals through adversity would be fitting on a desert island.
