Every two years, Mattern conducts this survey to assess how law firms are handling cost recovery. This year, Mattern expects the survey to show changes in the areas of print and scan recoveries at law firms, as well as shifts in overall cost recovery strategy.
In 2008 when we last surveyed firms, the economic picture was quite different than it is now. Since we are well into the current economic downturn, it will be interesting to see if firms have changed their cost recovery policies to recoup more revenue.
All respondents will receive a summary of the Survey results.
