Glen Mills, PA – April 14, 2010 – Legal support services consulting firm Mattern & Associates, LLC announced today that it has successfully conducted and completed a facilities management evaluation and outsourcing RFP project for global law firm Squire, Sanders & Dempsey L.L.P. As a result of Mattern’s work, Squire Sanders consolidated its outsourced support services vendors from three to one, resulting in an overall expense reduction while acquiring a uniform integrated and state-of-the-art technology platform. As part of the engagement Mattern also benchmarked the firm’s cost recovery and output management strategy.
