ILTACON is a premier educational conference that provides a platform for law firm professionals to exchange ideas on industry trends, challenges and solutions through informative sessions and networking opportunities. On Wednesday, August 16th Stephen will be accompanied by Berys Amor, Director of Technology at Corrs Chambers Westgarth and Howard Phillips, Chief Information Officer at Elevate Services, for “Outsourcing: Is It the Right Long Term Strategy for your Firm?” at 9:00 am in Jasmine Room E, F. The trio will lead an invigorating discussion investigating the outsourcing decision making processes. Attendees will learn:

  • Key factors to consider with an outsourcing project
  • How to ensure quality will be maintained
  • Identifying how outsourcing affects the culture of the firm
  • Developing a list of things to consider for pulling an operation back in-house

Stephen states “Mattern is honored to have been selected to lead a session at ILTACON 2017. We have seen an increased interest in outsourcing as firms are acknowledging its effectiveness in reducing operational costs, improving efficiency and gaining expertise.
