Business process improvement expert joins growing team
CHADDS FORD, PA – August 15, 2017 – Legal support services consulting firm Mattern & Associates, LLC, announces Amber Knight has joined the firm as a Project Manager/Consultant. On the heels of a record breaking sales year in 2016, Amber’s leadership in program management, business process improvement, and project implementation will be valuable assets to the consultancy’s clients and expansion strategy. Amber will work with clients on project strategies, developing customized Request for Proposals (RFP) and presenting solutions while managing project resources and overseeing implementations.
