Sometimes it’s good to pause and just take a moment to appreciate the intersection of hard work and good fortune.
The end of 2011 saw both a significant increase in our firm’s revenues, but also a significant increase in the positive feedback from our clients. That’s the kind of intersection of hard work and good fortune we strive toward. 2012 marked our fourth, bi-annual Cost Recovery Survey, and the launch of an invitation only, print publication, the Strategic Matter, for law firm decision makers charged with the task of seeing 10 years ahead for their firms–and forming those strategic decisions today.
And it just keeps getting better. We are pleased to say that our hard work and good fortune has afforded us the opportunity to expand our sales and account management team with the hiring of Jodi Carroll.
Formerly the National Business Development Manager for an international outsourcing firm, Jodi is highly regarded in her field. She brings over two decades of experience to our team, not to mention expertise in the strategic selling of complex business process outsourcing solutions and management services to the C-level decision makers of AmLaw 200 and Fortune 500 firms.
Jodi’s expertise in the business process outsourcing environment has already had impressive and concrete results in her career. On joining the Mattern Team, she remarked:
